A very pretty county park. There are water bibs every couple of sites, but hook-ups are not allowed. There was one close enough to us to fill our tank without moving. All grassy sites, very well maintained, some a little uneven and of varying size. We were here at the start of the Labor Day weekend, park was filling up with a lot of family groups. Lots of kids and dogs, but very quiet. A bit smoky as most people spent the evening sitting around their fire rings. Easy access to dump station which has a water bib with hose for flushing tanks. The park is close to Knoxville Speedway (Sprint Car Capital of the World). There maybe some noise on race nights, but no races while we were here. The obligatory train crossing was far enough away to be acceptable. Rate for electric only was $14, we paid $12 with the America the Beautiful senior pass. We would stop here again, although it is a bit off the interstate.

A small family park, with easy access from I-70 and very quiet. We had an easy pull-through site. Campground has excellent Wi-Fi, and friendly owners. The cable TV however, was "iffy".

A nice park, some sites are a little tight. Very steep hill on entry! Located about 7 miles off I-29, with easy access from I-70 via I-435. The sites at back of park are larger: pull-throughs and back-ins. There was plenty of room for a 37' fiver and HDT: 60' overall. The Wi-Fi weak at the back of park: worked outside at picnic table, but not in the rig. Also worked OK at laundry room, which is also nice. There is a big store, friendly personnel, and lots of worker-bees around. This is a Legacy RV Resort location, Passport America rate.

Very nice small park with friendly and helpful owner. Easy access to I-80 but far enough away that there is no traffic noise. Close to train tracks with loud whistles (sounds just like home!) if that bothers you. Excellent Wi-Fi, nice local grocery store just a few blocks away. $12.50 Passport America rate. Easy in & out. Good overnight spot.

Good Sam rate. Nice park, well laid out and worth the drive from I-70/I-55. Friendly staff, large sites, lots of trees but well trimmed.

Rate is Passport America. Very nice small park. We arrived right at the end of a heavy thunderstorm, still raining. The park owner was very helpful and friendly, he came out in the rain to guide us to our spot, and gave us an easy in-out pull thru due to our 60' length (HDT & 36' fiver). Close to I-10 just a few miles east of I-75. Easy access and very little traffic noise despite proximity to interstate.

A nice small park with friendly & helpful owner. We stay here when we visit my mom in Sun City Center. Quiet and well off the highway. As others said there is no shade. Easy access with a big rig - 35' fiver and heavy duty truck. Extra charge for cable TV, but works well. Clear shot for satellite dish though.

This is a very nice destination park. There are a lot of permanent, vacation type units. Trees are trimmed well and there is room to maneuver, if a bit tight in places. We camped in a 36' fifth wheel with a heavy duty truck, 60 feet overall, they gave us a double pull through site, so there was room for the fiver, Volvo and smart car in the site. Laundry room might be a bit small in the summer with a full park. It is very pretty and very quiet. Not really an overnight stop as it is a ways off the interstate and several miles off the state highway. It is well maintained and well landscaped. WiFi was spotty for us, often dropped out and signal was weak and the park was not crowded during the week, although it picked up on Friday and Saturday.

Passport America rate. It is definitely not a scenic park, just rows of RVs pretty close together, a fair number were permanent. There is easy access from the Interstate and even though our site was close to the road it was quiet. A fair number of trees, but the overall feeling was of being very tight. There was not enough room to park our truck in our site, had to use a nearby vacant site and our neighbor had to move his TV for us to pull out. Laundry room was sparkling clean, large, and reasonably priced, one of the best we have seen. WiFI was good, cable was good.

Nicely landscaped with paved roads. Very tight for a big rig (36' FW with a heavy duty truck - 60' long), had to ask another camper to move tow vehicle to get around corner. Site was long enough for the fiver and truck, but they are narrow. Alternate side entry means your picnic table is right beside your neighbor's. Good Wi-Fi.

Just as the previous poster said, a very nice park with big sites and super friendly and helpful staff. We are big - 36' fiver with HDT, 60' long. They took me to the site in a golf cart to look at it, then guided us in and helped park. Lots of trees, but not really tight. Did not try my sat. dish, but trees might be a problem. Excellent Wi-Fi! and good cable TV. They sell propane by weight or metered - I needed refill, they said to drop my tanks at the office in the AM. I did so on the way out and when we returned in the afternoon the tanks were not only filled and back at our site, but they were installed back in the fiver! I really appreciated not having to muscle those two 40 lb. tanks back into the compartment! Excellent price as well. This is not a destination park, but an excellent place to stay while visiting the Chapel Hill area. Good location, very quiet and not over lighted.

New and very nice park. Large, well graded sites. Wi-Fi worked well. Friendly and helpful owner, offered directions and recommendations, picnic table or fire ring if we wanted one. Cable TV excellent and easy to aim satellite dish, only trees in campground are small and newly planted. Nice landscaping. We used Passport America for first night.

A nice small park with very friendly and helpful owners. The only other units there were a couple of fairly long term units. It is a pretty location out in the country, very quiet. No WiFi advertised, but we were able to find and use an open connection, we are not sure if it belonged to the park. Back-in spots only, but easy access with a 36' fifth wheel and a heavy duty truck.

We stayed one night while on the road, rolled in at dusk and left first thing in the morning. Looked like a very nice campground and we commented that it looked like a nice place to stay a few days next time through. Friendly and helpful staff.

Quietest campground we ever stayed in. Well off road with very roomy sites. Pull thrus available but we took a back-in site to have rear windows facing into woods. Wildlife abounds, saw deer, prong-horns, and wild turkeys in the campground. Deer were daily visitors. We have a 35' fifth wheel with a Heavy Duty Truck, plenty of room. Abuts state park land and nature preserve. Centrally located and convenient to most Black Hills attractions.

Nicely laid out state park, very roomy sites, most pull thru. Campground was full, including tent camping but it was very quiet. Note that camp rate does not include $8 per day park pass. They wanted to make me buy one for both the truck and the car, but I convinced the ranger on duty that the truck would not be going in and out so I only needed daily passes for the car.

A very nice for a large state park. It is a long drive in from entrance (2 miles). There is an extra fee for vehicles above campsite charge. We camped in a fifth wheel and they wanted to charge us $8 per day for the truck & the car we carry. We managed to convince the ranger at entrance that the truck was part of the fiver and would not be in & out so we only bought passes for the car. We camped in Coyote Loop. It is not to far from tent camping area but it was very quiet all the time. When we were there and the campground was full. We will return again.
